That’s why we’re launching a new company Shadow Board.

The Playa Hotels & Resorts Shadow Board will include 10 of our newer generation associates representing different locations throughout our company. Board members will serve one year, meeting quarterly with President & CEO Bruce Wardinski to provide feedback and share opinions and innovative ideas to help improve everything from resort offerings to marketing to employee programs—and more.

The diverse perspectives provided on our Shadow Board will help Playa continue to grow and evolve, driving cultural change and digital transformation along the way.

Applications are open to all Playa associates throughout the globe. The Shadow Board will consist of committee members from a diverse set of backgrounds representing all areas of our business.
